Job ID 002- Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, elaborating and writing business requirements, evaluating existing products and processes to identify improvements, documenting process changes and supporting the development of communications, training and procedures. The individual will be responsible for establishing all required PMLC, SDLC artifacts, adhering to processes, gathering business requirements, conducting reviews and ensuring all software and process changes satisfy requirements and meet all quality control standards. In addition, a project plan must be analyzed to ensure project schedule compliance and to uncover any trends that could threaten the success of any a release. Experience with business analysis, business data analysis, business rules, and documenting use cases, activity diagrams, etc is required. Experience with project, planning, and release management a plus. Candidate must demonstrate strong clear communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships with the business and development partners.

  • Participate in Requirements and Design discussions with project stakeholders
  • Coordinate with project manager and business to identify business requirements, create process specifications, and coordinate with project team to ensure that deliverables are met on plan.

Job ID 003- Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Business users through JAD sessions and gather business requirements for Mortgage Business and Loan Processing applications.
  • Conduct GAP analysis, develop Use Cases and generate traceability matrices.
  • Define business rules, business and system process flows, user administration, requirements and assumptions.
  • Develop UML diagrams to provide visual representations of Functional Requirements.
  • Conduct testing through Test cases including Code testing, Unit testing, and Integration Testing.
  • Work with development team to address functionality clarifications on the Mortgage applications being re-engineered in the business areas of Loan Origination, Loan Registration, Loan Underwriting, Loan Processing, and Loan Closing.
  • Utilize knowledge of customer service applications such as Telephone banking and Online Banking services.
  • Utilize understanding of Mainframe systems to identify business integration requirements with new Transaction Transfer Processes.
  • Implemented RUP methodology and manage all the RUP iterations for iterative and incremental development.
  • Worked effectively as a team with system peers, end-users, and management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop presentations, mock ups and manuals for project release, knowledge transfer and User training.
  • Conducted training sessions for the end users and documented various training manuals.
